I’m Kate Sheldrick – a finance broker who cares just as much about why you need funding as I do about how to get it. With over 15 years in the industry and access to more than 120 lenders, I deliver tailored solutions across business, commercial, and personal finance.
My specialty is working with small to medium business owners on everything from business acquisitions and commercial property purchases to vehicle and equipment finance, line of credit facilities, and working capital solutions. I also assist clients with residential mortgages and personal asset finance, making me a true end-to-end broker for your financial needs.
But beyond the paperwork, I’m a big believer in values: community, family, purpose, and continuous learning. That’s what drives me. Every client I work with is different, and I treat them that way – with time, respect, and honesty.
I started broking because I saw too many people feeling overwhelmed, misinformed, or overlooked in the finance world. I wanted to change that – and I still do. I combine formal qualifications, including a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, with hands-on experience and a strong reputation for getting things done.
I’m also a proud member of the FBAA and AFCA, and a strong advocate for referral-based networking and supporting other small and medium-sized businesses.
I believe business is better when we work together, and I’m always looking to build long-term, mutually supportive relationships with professionals who share that mindset.
